My Journey Down (to) the Poll: Introduction.

November 2012 will be the first time in my history that I will be able to vote in a presidential election. I have been waiting for this moment for a long time and I am nearly one year away. Since this is going to be the most costly presidential election by far, and my first, I have decided it would only be right if I document my feelings and thoughts about my journey down to the poll!

I do not own the rights to this photo

What you will see is a series of vlogs and blogs about my experience until election day. I’m hoping to post at least once a week, and hopefully I will get some great feedback. I don’t really understand much about politics, so the more feedback, the more I can understand about what is going on.

I guess you can say I am somewhat bias already. Growing up in working class America with a working class family, my decision seems already made. However, I would like to understand why people dislike our President so much; maybe I am missing something because of my lack of understanding. And who is this guy trying to make me get an HPV shot? Maybe he means well.

I’m hoping this will not only help me with my decision, but also encourage all of those of age to make their way to the poll as well.

I guess that’s all for an intro. And the journey begins…..
