Wendy’s uses social media to engage customers

Nick Lachey has sold his soul to Wendy’s. He went from being the hottest member of 98 degrees, to a reality star, and now he’s singing to a new tune about the Wendy’s Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger.

Wendy’s has utilized social media to engage their customers. They have customers use the hashtag #PretzelLoveSongs for a chance to have Nick Lachey sing their tweet in the jingle. Great for customer engagement. Is this bad for Nick Lachey? At least he’s still hot!
